Det afhænger både af materialet og den type visuel kvalitet, du har brug for. Til aluminium er anodisering et almindeligt valg. Til synligt stålbeslag kan børstede, belagte eller coatede overflader være bedre. Til støbt plast har SPI-tekstur og maling ofte større betydning end en separat efterfølgende overfladebehandling. Det rigtige svar kommer fra at gennemgå materiale, geometri og delens kosmetiske flader samlet.
Nogle gør. Mekaniske forædlinger som blæsning har normalt begrænset dimensionsmæssig effekt, mens belægninger og plettering kan tilføje opbygningstykkelse. Derfor gennemgår ZigiTech kritiske pasninger, gevind, maskerede zoner og samleflader, før en overfladebehandling låses fast til produktion.
Ja. Vi gennemgår overfladebehandlingskompatibilitet på tværs af CNC-bearbejdning, pladebearbejdning, sprøjtestøbning og udvalgte prototypeprocesser. Nogle overfladebehandlinger er praktiske på tværs af mange procesruter, mens andre kun giver mening for et snævert materiale- eller delefamilie.
